St. Columba School's 8th grade student Mary Grace Duncan (right) won the Missionary Childhood Association Christmas Artwork Contest. Mary Grace's Christmas artwork was chosen out of thousands of contestants from around the country. She was invited to the Basilica National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C. where her artwork will be on display throughout the Advent/Christmas Season. She and her classmate Racel Elizabeth Marino (left) stand in front to the shrine where Mary Grace received a commemorative plaque and her artwork was unveiled.
