Please complete an Excuse for Absence Form for your child whenever he/she misses a day of school. This form must be returned to the homeroom teacher on the first day your child comes back to school. A student who is absent three days in one week, regardless if consecutive, will require a doctor’s note for the absences to be considered excused. Please also remember to call the school office by 8:10 a.m. each day your child is absent.
